Who is responsible

SOFT DEV FZ LLC, a free-zone company registered in Creative City, Fujairah (licence 9485/2016), Creative Tower, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests: apps@brainystack.co.

What we collect and why

• Visits. The pages you view, the page you came from, your browser's user agent, a random visitor id kept in your browser's local storage and a hashed form of your IP address. We use them to count visits and fix problems. We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• Campaign source. If you arrive through a link carrying a campaign tag (utm), we keep that tag for 30 days in a cookie named lux_utm, to learn which of our links work.
• Clicks to a retailer. When you follow a link to a retailer we record the piece, the time, the page you came from, the campaign tag and a random click id. The click id goes to our affiliate partner Clickwise and, through it, to the retailer's affiliate network, so that a purchase can be credited to us. We don't send them your name or email address.
• Your account (optional). If you sign in with Google to keep a wishlist, Google shares your name, email address and account id with us. We set a session cookie named __session and store the pieces you save with their price at the time you saved them.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't send marketing email or WhatsApp messages. Price alerts are not active; if we turn them on, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Who processes it

• Google Cloud and Firebase host the site, the database and the sign-in, on servers in the United States.
• Clickwise and the retailer's affiliate network receive the click id when you follow a link to a retailer.
• Product photos load from the retailer's image servers, which, like any website, see your IP address when your browser requests an image.

Your choices

You can browse without an account, sign out at any time, and clear the cookies and local storage of this site in your browser. To see, correct or delete your account and wishlist, write to apps@brainystack.co from the email address you signed in with.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we update this page and its date before the change goes live.
